I had the most incredible bacon egg and cheese biscuit at this place. The biscuits are handmade and you can tell. Don’t even get me started on the hash browns, they are seasoned perfectly. Definitely a must try while in Perdido! Plus the owner operates it which is always a win in our book!

So good!! We just stopped in on our way to Pensacola and we needed a quick breakfast place. Great prices and he makes it from scratch. Took about 10 mins for the four of us. It’s a food truck so just be aware! We were planning to eat in the car anyway, but he does have some picnic tables too!
