Quite literally a "one trick pony." Blink and you might miss it — but once you find it, you’ll never forget it. The Rolling Pin is a sweet, sun-washed yellow horse trailer nestled along Perdido Key Drive, and it serves one thing — and one thing only: the best cinnamon rolls you’ve ever tasted. Each roll is handcrafted with gooey layers of cinnamon-sugar, golden edges, and a creamy vanilla glaze that melts into every swirl. There’s no menu, no sides, no coffee — just pure, sticky-sweet joy from a tiny trailer that’s fast becoming a legend on the Gulf Coast. But who needs sides when the cinnamon roll is basically a meal in itself, right?!

Huge delicious cinnamon rolls at the most adorable setup. 😍 They were so convenient while we stayed at Sandy Key!
